We're just two dog-obsessed Londoners who got tired of the pet supply shuffle and decided to do something about it.
Our Story
It all started with our Golden Retriever, who shall remain nameless to protect his dignity (but let's just say he has very expensive taste in toys).
Living in London without a car meant every pet supply run was an adventure. Picture us on the tube with armfuls of dog supply, or frantically ordering "emergency" treats at midnight because someone had been naughty that day and found their treat box - or even looking for a new toy because someone destroyed their "indestructible" rope toy in record time.
We kept thinking: "There has to be a better way." Why couldn't someone just curate the good stuff and deliver it regularly? Why did we have to choose between overpriced corner shop basics or waiting days for online orders?
So we built PawDrop - not as a business first, but as a solution to our own problem. Turns out, a lot of other pet parents felt the same way.
Our Mission
We believe every pet deserves products chosen specifically for them, not just whatever happens to be in stock.
That's why we don't automate our selections or send the same box to everyone. Every PawDrop is hand-picked by our team based on your pet's unique personality, needs, and preferences. Because your furry family member isn't generic - so why should their box be?
